Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Director for mega infrastructure delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role leads a large multidisciplinary team across engineering, design, procurement, and construction, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has at least 20 years of senior project management experience in major infrastructure programs and holds a Professional Engineer license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer registration and active professional society membership.

Responsibilities

• Act as Parsons' principal project representative with the Client throughout program execution.
• Provide executive oversight across technical, commercial, fiscal, administrative, and operational project functions.
• Lead development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan.
• Oversee Health and Safety, QA/QC plans and other required management documents.
• Define program requirements, governance, reporting expectations, and delivery criteria.
• Monitor progress against baselined objectives and manage risk.
