Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex projects in Saudi Arabia. You will provide strategic, commercial, technical, and operational leadership from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of progressive experience in major infrastructure or large-scale development projects.
• Proven track record in senior project leadership on large, complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, procurement, contracts, and construction.
• Experience managing large project teams and multiple work packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for project delivery, aligning with contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, design, procurement, construction, and project controls.
• Establish governance, execution strategies, decision protocols, and reporting across the project organization.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, risk, and quality objectives; take corrective action as needed.
• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan and integrated procedures.
• Build relationships with client, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level meetings and track decisions to closure.
• Oversee design and technical delivery with constructability and value engineering in mind.
• Oversee procurement, construction, and commissioning ensuring adherence to plans and safety standards.
