The Project Controls Senior Manager will provide leadership across the controls function, ensuring that schedule, cost, progress, and reporting information provides a reliable basis for project management decisions. The position requires the ability to identify performance trends, evaluate changes and schedule impacts, and communicate project status clearly to the FIDIC Engineer and Client. A key part of the role is managing a specialized project controls team capable of evaluating project costs, forecasting performance, and measuring progress against established schedules and critical milestones.
The role will oversee the project planning and scheduling framework and maintain visibility of planned versus actual construction progress. Regular site observations and project data will be used to assess Contractor performance and identify schedule deviations or emerging controls issues. The Senior Manager will also oversee reporting systems and presentations that communicate progress against interim and major milestones, providing the Client and project leadership with current and structured performance information.
