Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Commercial Manager for a major public realm development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead commercial management across multiple packages, administer FIDIC contracts, and guide procurement, cost control, and claims resolution on-site.

The role requires extensive experience in contracts administration, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure contractual compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Contracts, or related discipline.
• Experience in commercial management and cost control on large projects.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management, contract administration, procurement coordination, cost control and financial oversight.
• Provide commercial leadership across multiple construction packages and contracts.
• Review variations, claims, and contractual obligations; support risk management.
