Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Manager - Public Realm to lead end-to-end delivery of parks, streetscapes and open spaces within a flagship urban development. The role requires strong site leadership, coordination of landscape works, civil infrastructure, utilities, and multi-disciplinary teams to meet safety, quality and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, project management, infrastructure delivery or urban development projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale public realm, infrastructure, streetscape, parks or public open space projects.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC urban development and infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for public realm, parks, open space and streetscape packages from mobilization through handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and delivery performance per Parsons procedures.
• Oversee site-based supervision teams and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and codes.
• Coordinate interfaces between parks, streetscapes, utilities, roads and adjacent developments.
• Chair progress meetings, technical reviews and stakeholder workshops; present progress and KPI updates.
