Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Project Commercial Manager - Public Realm to lead commercial management, contract administration, cost control, claims, variations, procurement and financial governance on a major public realm program in Diriyah.

The role covers FIDIC-based contracts across multiple packages, handling change management, payments, forecasts, risk, and final accounts while coordinating with client, consultants, contractors and Parsons teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Contracts or related discipline
• At least 10 years of commercial, contracts, quantity surveying or cost management experience on major construction/infrastructure programs
• Strong experience administering FIDIC or comparable international contracts
• Proven ability to manage variations, claims, extensions of time, payments and dispute resolution
• Experience leading commercial teams on multi-package projects with cost reporting and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial, contracts, and cost management across the public realm project
• Establish commercial controls aligned with client objectives and Parsons procedures
• Administer FIDIC or equivalent contracts across multiple construction packages
• Manage notices, correspondence, obligations, and commercial records
• Review and evaluate contractor variations and change proposals
• Assess claims for additional cost and EOT; negotiate settlements and final accounts
