The role collaborates with project managers and procurement, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and corporate standards. Applicants should have at least 5 years of project accounting experience, proficiency with SAP/Oracle, and a strong grasp of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project accounting (construction/engineering preferred).
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and project-specific financial regulations.
• Demonstrated budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting expertise.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and align with timelines.
• Track and analyze project costs, identify variances and corrective actions.
• Generate detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast cash flow and funding needs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and regulatory standards.
• Reconcile project accounts and close financial records on project completion.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for project activities.
• Support audits with documentation and inquiries related to project finances.
• Implement financial controls to mitigate risk and comply with policies.
• Utilize SAP/Oracle (ERP) tools to streamline accounting and reporting.
