Job summary

Capco is seeking a Senior Process Transformation Consultant in Riyadh to lead end-to-end process discovery and redesign for financial services clients. You will map As-Is and To-Be processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive large-scale improvements across geographies while maintaining governance and KPI tracking.

You will apply BPM/BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven methods to achieve measurable efficiency gains and ROI, partnering with Business, Operations, Risk and Technology teams to

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in process excellence, transformation or operational improvement within financial services.
• Experience applying BPM/BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, SIPOC, and Process Mining.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on ability to map as-is and to-be processes and drive improvements across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery to map operating models and identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Map current-state workflows and design practical future-state processes and controls.
• Drive large-scale process improvements across geographies and business lines.
• Translate gaps into clear requirements and actionable implementation plans.
• Define baselines and KPIs; track post-implementation outcomes and ROI.
• Support transformation initiatives aligned with governance models and customer journeys.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence strategy and sustainable continuous improvement.
