Job summary

Four Principles in Riyadh seeks a Manager with extensive consulting experience to lead a team of consultants and analysts on operations, Lean transformation, and performance improvement projects for clients.

You will guide clients, design and implement Lean solutions, and coach junior team members while driving change across all organisational levels and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in management consulting.
• Lean management implementation experience is a plus.
• Experience implementing operational change.
• Knowledge of Lean tools: process mapping, value stream mapping, Kanban, Kaizen, Jidoka, TPM.
• Fluent English and native Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Add value for clients by solving complex issues and delivering real impact.
• Advise clients and design Lean solutions to transform organisations.
• Lead projects and manage team members; coach juniors on the job.
• Ensure performance stays on track and address issues promptly.
• Align with sponsors and cross-functional teams on outcomes and targets.
• Support client acquisitions and business development.
