Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
• Translate strategy into action and drive measurable outcomes.
• Support AI-driven analytics and GenAI initiatives.
• Collaborate with case teams and clients on analyses and proposals.
• Travel onsite to understand client requirements and design solutions.
• Onboard and train junior colleagues.
