Job summary

Capco is seeking a Senior Process Transformation Consultant in Riyadh to lead end-to-end process transformation in financial services. You will collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk and Technology teams from assessment through implementation and benefits validation.

Responsibilities include mapping As-Is and To-Be processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving measurable efficiency and ROI. The role requires strong consulting and stakeholder management, with a focus on sustainable process

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence or transformation within financial services or consulting.
• Hands-on ability to map As-Is and To-Be processes and define improvements.
• Proven capability to design, govern, and deliver large-scale initiatives across geographies.
• Experience working with Business, Operations, Risk and Technology teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery to map operating models and identify root causes.
• Map current-state and design future-state processes and controls to reduce waste and standardize operations.
• Identify enterprise-wide priorities and govern large-scale improvement programs across geographies.
• Translate gaps into business requirements and actionable implementation plans.
• Design transformation initiatives aligned with process standards and governance models.
• Define baselines, KPIs, and track performance to validate ROI.
• Contribute to Operational Excellence strategy and continuous improvement culture.
