Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field required.
• Strong Citrix certifications (e.g., CVAD, CCP-V) highly valued.
• 10+ years in virtualization and network security with enterprise exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams in KSA, ensuring high performance and revenue growth.
• Drive sales opportunities via technical accelerators: presentations, demos, POCs, and pilot programs with professional services.
• Lead technical sales cadence calls and coordinate with support and professional services to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in deployment and post-sale implementation, ensuring smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Deliver customer training and create user documentation to maximize solution adoption and ROI.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners, driving renewals and upsells.
• Provide product enablement to channel and internal resources; advise on solution designs and product direction.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to qualify opportunities and present proposals.
