Job summary

Midis Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Presales Manager to advise and coordinate with Sales on technical issues, design solutions, and drive business through technical initiatives. You will lead a team, build relationships with partners and customers, and guide presales from qualification to demonstrations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in computer engineering/science and at least 7 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in solution design, POC execution, RFPs, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant presales/technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the presales department and set objectives.
• Act as SME in technical solutions design for assigned product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement account penetration strategies.
• Create accounts for products and services with tailored sales plans.
• Assist Sales in qualifying opportunities and presenting technical solutions.
• Monitor costs and oversee the team’s financial plan and expenses.
• Lead PoCs and RFP processes from presales to closure.
• Build relationships with partners and customers to support sales goals.
• Lead technical sales calls and map customer requirements to existing solutions.
• Create training content when necessary.
• Prepare and review periodic performance reports with management.
