Job summary

Fintech HIRE Middle East & Africa in Riyadh seeks a Senior PMO Lead to design, stand up and run a multi-billion riyal delivery programme spanning 49 systems across 18 integration domains. Based in Riyadh, this fully-residential, tax-free role offers senior leadership exposure to C-suite sponsors and a high-visibility governance framework.

You will lead a PMO team, own executive reporting, manage commercial governance across contracts and vendors, and embed quality, risk, and compliance

Qualifications

10 years leading PMOs on large-scale ICT or infrastructure programmes.
Fluent in PMBOK, MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent methodologies.
Strong commercial acumen managing contract changes and vendor performance.
Experience leading multi-vendor programme reporting and governance.
Executive presence with capability to present to C-level sponsors.
GCC or KSA experience is a plus.
Residential role based in Riyadh with tax-free package.

Responsibilities

Design and embed the programme governance framework, reporting cadence, and escalation model across the consortium.
Lead the PMO team of project control analysts, financial control analysts and schedulers on-shore and off-shore.
Own the executive reporting rhythm to steering committee sponsors and client stakeholders.
Manage commercial governance across contract changes, scope variations and vendor performance.
Establish and enforce quality management, risk management and compliance frameworks.
Drive the programme cadence workshops, review boards, stage gates, milestone reporting.
