Qualifications

• MUST have worked in the U.K., Europe or North America.
• Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in project controls / PMO / programme management.
• Strong knowledge of project controls disciplines including planning, cost, risk, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement the project governance framework.
• Provide portfolio-level visibility on cost, risk, and performance.
• Conduct project health checks and assurance reviews.
• Lead the risk management framework with quantitative analysis.
