A growing Saudi trading and technology group is appointing a PMO Director to bring structure, visibility and delivery discipline to its portfolio of projects and programmes.

The Role

• Build and lead the enterprise PMO: governance, standards and reporting
• Give the executive team clear visibility of the portfolio, from prioritisation to benefits
• Set up delivery frameworks, stage gates and project controls
• Lead, coach and develop project and programme managers

What You Bring

• Senior PMO or portfolio leadership experience, ideally having built a PMO from the ground up
