Job summary

Leading Edge is seeking a Project Manager to oversee onsite project activities in Riyadh. The role leads planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with business and operational goals. Banking/financial services exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure governance and timely updates to senior leadership. Saudi-based candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in a structured environment.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in project methodologies and planning tools.
• Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (Mckinsey, BCG, OW, Accenture...).
• Open to candidates from Saudi Arabia, GCC, Pakistan, and India.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Track project performance and ensure alignment with budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Maintain structured project documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
• Provide timely insights and updates to senior leadership.
