Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead Specialist, Engineering and Virtualization II to drive secure, scalable platform engineering and virtualization capabilities across Data & AI environments. You will lead infrastructure capacity planning, optimize performance, enforce security controls, and align engineering roadmaps with business goals.

This role partners with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable services and enable enterprise analytics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in platform engineering, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure and mission-critical business applications.
• Experience in Data & AI platform environments, analytics infrastructure, or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Engineering & Infrastructure Excellence to deliver secure, scalable virtualization and platform environments.
• Advance Data & AI Platform Enablement through robust architecture and virtualization technologies.
