Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) invites applications for a Manager, Data Domain and Products. This role governs a portfolio of data domains and their data products, ensuring enterprise consistency and value realization.

You will lead domain owners, align priorities with strategy, and drive reusable, governed data assets across enterprise reporting, operations, and controls.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in data or analytics, proven multi-domain leadership, and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, or enterprise information management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple data domains and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple data domains and domain owners.
• Ensure consistent data governance, ownership, quality, and stewardship.
• Prioritize data products based on enterprise value, regulatory need, and readiness.
• Align domain roadmaps with enterprise strategy and platforms.
• Translate strategic needs into coordinated domain roadmaps and execution.
• Remove blockers and resolve dependencies to enable execution.
• Guide lifecycle artifacts across domains (ownership, definitions, quality expectations).
• Develop domain owners and clarify ownership boundaries between domain ownership and enterprise oversight.
