Job summary

Ma’aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to guide OT and control platform architecture in alignment with corporate standards. You will translate strategy into actionable design guidance for domain and solution teams across OT, data, AI, and cloud domains.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and reusable patterns to enable secure, scalable, and interoperable platform solutions in a complex industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, industrial systems, automation, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in enterprise, domain, platform, or solution architecture for large-scale technology environments.
• Exposure to OT, control systems, data platforms, and cloud across industrial settings is a plus.
• Strong governance, design assurance, and pattern documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enterprise architecture principles, platform standards, and reference architectures for OT and control platforms.
• Translate architecture vision into guidance for domain, platform, and solution teams.
• Support alignment of designs with enterprise standards across OT, data, AI, integration, cloud, and core systems.
• Provide practical guidance balancing enterprise consistency with OT realities.
