Imploy in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator (Manager / Advisor) to lead our IT operations and mentor junior staff. This hands-on role focuses on reliability, security, performance, and scalability of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in System Administration with at least 2 years in a managerial/advisory role.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy expertise.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Monitor performance, plan capacity, and optimize systems.
• Manage security policies, patching, and compliance (ISO 27001/NCA).
• Oversee backups and disaster recovery planning.
