Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Planning Manager to coordinate and lead detailed project schedules across major Saudi giga-projects. You will align asset development programs with Stage Gate processes, interface with PMC, contractors and design teams, and drive data-driven reporting using Primavera P6 and Power BI.

The role requires 10–15 years in planning/scheduling within construction, solid leadership, and strong English communication to engage diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Primavera Certification preferred.
• Recognised project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• 10–15 years of planning/scheduling within construction delivery.
• Experience in KSA/Middle East preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and align detailed project schedules with Qiddiya’s Integrated Master Schedule and milestones.
• Lead planning for large-scale assets in line with vision and delivery timelines.
• Ensure schedules and reports adhere to Stage Gate processes and reporting protocols.
• Interface with PMC, contractors, designers, and internal QIC teams for schedule integration.
• Implement progress measurement and KPIs for auditable project status.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and support claims and entitlements per contracts.
• Drive Primavera P6, Power BI dashboards, and digital PMIS usage for real-time reporting.
