Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of planning/scheduling within construction delivery, ideally both contractor and consultancy.
  • Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and align detailed schedules with Qiddiya’s Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Lead planning for large-scale assets, aligning with delivery timelines.
  • Ensure schedules and reports follow QIC standards, Stage Gate processes, and reporting.
  • Interface with PMC, contractors, designers, and internal teams for schedule integration.
  • Implement robust progress measurement with KPIs and physical % to track status.
  • Conduct forensic schedule analysis and support entitlement evaluations per FIDIC/QIC.
  • Drive Primavera P6, Power BI dashboards, and digital PMIS for transparent reporting.
  • Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Standardize reporting templates and planning procedures across construction packages.

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world‑class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga‑projects and large‑scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join JASARA PMC. This role will support the team in developing the asset development programme and preparing Stage Gate reports. -Support the team on developing and preparing PCG reports. Maintaining the Asset development program and update it as required. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and align the strategy for developing new assets. Developing the Asset development program for new asset using stage gate process.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and align detailed project schedules with Qiddiya’s Integrated Master Schedule, ensuring compliance with program‑level milestones and phasing strategies.
  • Lead planning for large‑scale assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all schedules and reports adhere to QIC planning standards, Stage Gate processes, and reporting protocols (weekly, monthly, dashboards).
  • Interface with PMC, contractors, designers, and internal QIC teams to ensure schedule integration and consistency across packages.
  • Implement robust progress measurement (physical %, weighted milestones, KPIs) to provide accurate and auditable project status.
  • Lead forensic schedule analysis, assess contractor claims, and support contractual entitlement evaluations in line with FIDIC/QIC frameworks.
  • Drive use of Primavera P6, Power BI dashboards, and digital PMIS platforms to enhance transparency and real‑time reporting.
  • Identify schedule risks at project and program level; develop mitigation and acceleration strategies aligned with critical milestones.
  • Implement and enforce standardized reporting templates and planning procedures across all construction packages (excluding specialized assets like Golf where applicable).
  • Bachelor's degree in/or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Business Management or relevant field of study.
  • Primavera Certification (Preferred)
  • Recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • 10 – 15 years’ related planning/scheduling within construction delivery experience – ideally Contractor and Consultancy
  • Previous KSA/Middle East experience preferred.
  • Foster a culture of Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.
  • Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.
  • Leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English to effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of enterprise‑level management software, such as P6, MS office (Excel, Word,)– preferred skills include Power BI
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to set clear goals, motivate teams and deliver results.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead the function's direction, specifically endorsing or opposing practices as needed.
  • Must have hands‑on experience in delivering projects and have a strong technical and commercial working knowledge.
  • Significant discipline/industry presence recognized and valued by industry peers as an authority able to work with teams to solve technical problems and achieve a high level of assurance on project deliverables.
  • Significant experience required in development, implementation, and m anagement of business systems, including policies and procedures applicable to the role and across the project.
