Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our project planning team. You will develop and maintain project schedules, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met efficiently.

You will analyze progress, identify delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track while optimizing resource allocation. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with at least 15 years in construction, including 8+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field.
• 15 years minimum experience in the construction industry.
• At least 8 years of major building projects experience in international PMC or Tier 1 contractor.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data to inform project decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project planning and execution.
