Senior Planning Manager – Stadium & Arena Projects

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager specializing in Stadium and Arena projects to join our Program Management team. The role focuses on overseeing planning and scheduling activities for stadium and arena developments within Saudi Arabia Vision 2030 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage team deliverables, set objectives, monitor performance, and develop the team.
• Lead planning, cost, resourcing, and risk management.
• Support Project Management tender delivery, ensuring on‑time and profitable execution.
• Ensure adherence to the schedule management plan and establish best practices.
• Improve schedule presentation, documentation, and information quality.
• Assess impact of design and construction changes, addressing schedule slippages.
• Communicate and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Integrate planning with key interfaces, including commercial functions.
• Track progress, report, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Validate baseline target schedules before submission.
• Update schedules weekly and monthly as design and construction progress.
• Respond accurately and timely to team queries related to schedule submissions.
• Lead strategic planning exercises and establish processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Management or related field.
• 15+ years of planning/scheduling experience in construction delivery; preferably contractor or consulting role.
• Experience in the KSA/Middle East is preferred.
• Primavera certification (preferred).
• Recognized project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office, and preferred Power BI.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑department collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of enterprise‑level management software and business system implementation.
