Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Planning, Risk & Business Reporting) to lead planning, risk, and governance across assigned programs in Saudi Arabia. You will provide visibility of delivery status, key risks, strategic issues, and schedule health to senior management.

The role requires 10–15 years of project controls experience with the ability to develop and implement enterprise reporting, KPI frameworks, and integrated master schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Business Management or relevant field of study.
• 10-15 years of relevant project controls experience, leadership and technical expertise to manage complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning, scheduling, risk management, governance reporting and executive dashboards.
• Establish and govern baselines for scope, schedule and milestones.
• Oversee development of integrated master schedules and recovery plans.
• Lead enterprise risk management, including identification, assessment and reporting of risks.
• Present delivery performance and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of KPI frameworks and reporting systems.
• Coordinate governance submissions and project control reviews.
• Develop recovery strategies for schedule or performance concerns.
