Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Civil Engineer to supervise and coordinate bridge and infrastructure construction, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements. You will lead site teams, review methodologies, and support project planning and reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

Minimum 8–12 years in major civil and infrastructure projects, with 5+ years in bridge construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Construction Management is advantageous.
• Professional registration with a recognized engineering institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day bridge and infrastructure construction activities.
• Ensure works follow IFC drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide technical support to site teams.
• Coordinate with survey, quality, and safety teams to verify setting-out and positioning.
• Coordinate interfaces between bridge structures and infrastructure works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture and participate in safety inspections.
