Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking a Project Director to provide leadership, strategic direction, and executive management for multiple bridge and transportation infrastructure packages, ensuring delivery within objectives, budget, schedule, and HSE commitments.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client interfaces, contracts, and program controls, driving performance, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• MBA or MSc in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly desirable.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• Membership in recognized professional institutions such as ICE, PMI, ASCE, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the Project.
• Direct planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of major bridge and transportation infrastructure works.
• Lead executive interfaces with client and governance reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, budget, and compliance across the project.
