Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Senior Planning Engineer based in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, to lead scheduling for high-profile mixed-use developments, hospitality destinations and cultural assets in the Middle East. You will develop baselines, monitor progress, and provide strategic planning support across all project phases.

The role requires extensive experience in planning, a track record of heritage/hospitality projects, and ability to interface with designers, PMCs, and contractors to ensure feasible

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in planning/scheduling for large-scale developments, including heritage/hospitality/master planning projects.
• Proven ability to develop baseline schedules and manage multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with earned value and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial baseline schedules for mixed-use developments and other major projects.
• Coordinate master planning, engineering, procurement and construction schedules; establish reporting procedures.
• Create and maintain programme dashboards; review and forecast schedule performance.
