Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in AlUla, KSA, is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead schedule development, monitoring, and reporting across high-profile mixed-use and cultural projects.

You will create baseline programs, coordinate with designers and contractors, and provide earned value analyses to support project decisions.

Strong regional experience and a construction management or civil engineering background are required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management and/or civil engineering; membership/chartership preferred.
• 15 years of experience in heritage, hotels, master planning, or cultural projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline and master schedules for mixed-use developments.
• Coordinate schedules with designers, PMCs, and contractors.
• Monitor progress, report monthly updates, and run schedule trend analysis.
• Prepare progress dashboards and Earned Value tools for management.
• Ensure alignment with Master Plan, contractual documents, and client requirements.
