Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group seeks a Senior Planning Engineer for our AlUla project in Saudi Arabia. You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate master planning across design, procurement, and construction teams.

Ideal candidates hold a construction management or civil engineering degree with 15 years of heritage/hotels/master planning experience, and Arabic language ability is a plus. The role involves close collaboration with PMCs, designers, and contractors to ensure schedule

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management and/or civil engineering.
• 15 years of experience on heritage/hotels/master planning/museum/cultural/pavilion projects.
• Arabic speaking and writing an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules across all phases.
• Coordinate master planning, engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Prepare progress reports and dashboards; manage schedule performance.
• Interface with designers, PMCs, main contractors and subs.
• Assist in time-extension claims and corrective action plans.
