Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, KSA seeks a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead master program schedules for major infrastructure projects. You will establish planning procedures and integrate schedules across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning, ensuring alignment with client and PMC requirements.

Experience in large-scale roads, bridges, interchanges, and regulatory interfaces is essential, with advanced skills in Primavera P6, risk analyses, and MS Project.

Qualifications

Extensive senior planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to develop master programs and integrated schedules.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and risk analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Lead development and management of master program schedules for large-scale projects.
Establish planning procedures, baselines, and controls in line with client needs.
Monitor performance, identify risk, and drive recovery actions with stakeholders.
Coordinate with cost control, risk, engineering, procurement and construction teams.
