Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Planning & Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling across major infrastructure projects in a PMC environment. You will develop integrated master schedules, monitor progress, and provide strategic planning support to project and client leadership.

The role requires deep expertise in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Microsoft Project, with strong reporting and risk analysis skills.

Qualifications

20+ years of planning and scheduling experience on major infrastructure projects.
8+ years in a Planning Manager or Scheduling Manager role.
Experience in PMC, engineering consultancy, or major infrastructure organization.
Experience on roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, interchanges and transportation projects.
Desirable: experience with Middle East authorities and agencies.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead development, maintenance, and management of master program schedules for large infrastructure programs.
Establish planning procedures, scheduling standards and project controls.
Develop baselines for design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning.
Ensure schedules are integrated and compliant with contracts.
Monitor schedule performance and advise on variances and recoveries.
Prepare executive dashboards and progress presentations.
