Job summary

Azure is a lifestyle and residential experience provider in Saudi Arabia seeking a senior Performance Marketing professional to drive lead generation and occupancy across digital channels.

You will manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns, optimize spend, and collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to achieve brand awareness, leads, and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in SEM, paid social, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data.
• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and occupancy.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Leasing, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to align campaigns with objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, audiences, landing pages, and strategies to improve performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and action plans for management.
• Stay updated on digital advertising platforms, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
