The Red Palace, Riyadh, a part of Boutique Group, seeks a Director of Performance Marketing to lead digital strategy, driving brand visibility, traffic, and revenue in line with luxury positioning.

You will oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, programmatic campaigns, and CRM-driven guest journeys, coordinating with Group Marketing and Commercial teams to deliver impactful pre-opening and ongoing activation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with senior-level exposure to performance marketing.
• Proven expertise managing paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic campaigns, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, traffic, leads, and revenue growth.
• Manage paid media, SEO/SEM, social, programmatic, and retargeting campaigns for maximum visibility and ROI.
• Collaborate with Group Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure luxury brand alignment and cohesive storytelling.
• Oversee the digital pre-opening roadmap and launch campaigns in coordination with Group Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Lead CRM strategy, audience segmentation, and targeted campaigns for pre-opening and ongoing engagement.
• Define brand tone, content calendar, and creative direction; oversee production of digital assets.
