Confidential Government in Saudi Arabia seeks a VP of Digital Marketing to steer the digital strategy for world-class real estate developments, directing lead generation across residential, commercial, and master-planned communities, while optimizing CAC and distinguishing GDV through integrated CRM and sales alignment.

You will lead high-budget campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels, build an in-house team, and oversee immersive tech like 3D tours and AR/VR

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Digital Media, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing with senior management exposure (Director/VP level) within Real Estate Development or Property Tech.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar digital ad budgets and successful off-plan launches.
• Technical mastery in programmatic buying, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, and CRM ecosystems.
• Strong analytical ability with CAC, GDV, LTV, ROAS metrics and executive stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for off-plan, master-planned developments, and ready assets.
• Align digital initiatives with revenue targets, launch schedules, and sales velocity goals.
• Direct annual digital marketing budget across performance media, martech, content, and agencies.
• Lead integration between digital channels, CRM, and sales operations to optimize CAC and GDV.
• Drive ROAS, CPL, and lead quality through CRO, landing pages, and virtual sales platforms.
• Oversee immersive tech adoption (3D tours, AR/VR, AI concierge) and digital brand architecture across portals and microsites.
• Mentor and scale in-house teams (Performance Media, SEO, CRM, Web/UX) and manage external partners under SLAs.
