Job summary

Lendo is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to scale digital acquisition and automate demand conversion. You will design AI-powered sales agents, implement lead scoring, and route high-quality leads to Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in performance or growth marketing with paid acquisition.
Experience building and launching an AI agent or automated lead qualification workflow.
Strong HubSpot experience for lead management and automation.
Proficient in GA4, GTM and major paid media platforms.
SQL or scripting in Python/JavaScript is desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate AI-powered sales agents and qualification journeys.
Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and X for Saudi SME decision-makers.
Own UTM governance, GA4, GTM tracking, and attribution; maintain data integrity in HubSpot.
Reconcile RM dispositions and funded outcomes into the scoring model and update quarterly.
Ensure compliant data capture and outreach per SAMA PDPL and internal standards.
Lead routing, SLA enforcement, and collaboration with Relationship Managers.
