Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–8 years in digital marketing with senior-level performance marketing exposure.
• Proven expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and programmatic campaigns.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance marketing strategy.
• Lead digital channels including paid search, display, social, and programmatic.
• Strengthen digital identity with Saudi heritage, artistry, and luxury positioning.
• Oversee pre-opening digital roadmap with Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Establish dashboards to monitor KPIs like traffic, engagement, and ROI.
• Drive bookings optimization and revenue impact through digital spend.
• Mentor team members and align campaigns across functions.
