Job summary

PepsiCo in Saudi Arabia is hiring a People Experience & Operations Assistant Analyst to be the on-site HR single point of contact for employees. You will manage onboarding, tools training, and ensure compliant documentation on-site, coordinating with government bodies as needed.

You will drive adoption of HR systems (MyServices, iCIMS, MS Teams, Smiles), support governance, and contribute to a high level of employee satisfaction through process improvements and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR Operations experience.
• Customer-oriented with strong service delivery.
• Experience with HR tools and interfaces.
• Experience in HR Shared Services environment.
• Change management and agility.
• Strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including site walkthrough and asset handover.
• Train new hires on HR tools and systems to enable smooth integration.
• Ensure completion of onboarding tasks with Hiring Managers.
• Train employees on HR platforms (MyServices, iCIMS, MS Teams, Smiles).
• Drive effective utilization of HR systems and tools by training employees.
• Monitor systems adoption and partner with stakeholders to improve usage.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
• Maintain legally required documentation and health certificates; run periodic audits.
• Support site government inspections and report outcomes to ER teams.
• Communicate ER, Compliance & Ethics outcomes from investigations to employees.
• Assist with exit processes and documentation.
• Support learning agenda: logistics for training sessions and tracking compliance training.
• Monitor training participation and completion rates.
