Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Territory Lead to drive Joint Replacement activity in the Central Region. You will establish and develop relationships, monitor market trends, and align sales efforts with regional targets.

The role involves coordinating demos, handling proposals, and ensuring timely delivery and post‑sales support. Travel is approximately 70% as you engage with partners and customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; Diploma in related field; higher education preferred.
• Experience in orthopaedic field.
• Knowledge of Medical Device environment and regulations.
• Experience in Joint Replacement is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with customers in their area of responsibility.
• Track trends, competitor developments, products and regulations and report to management.
• Carry out sales activities aligned with regional targets and prepare reports.
• Plan and report customer visits and demos to meet sales targets and demands.
• Evaluate RFPs and prepare material lists according to customer needs.
• Inform customers about purchasing methods and coordinate with tender department.
• Track material delivery dates and inform customers.
• Deliver and install materials, provide post-sales user training and attend surgery cases.
• Process customer invoices with Finance to ensure on-time collections.
• Communicate customer feedback to Quality and take necessary actions.
