Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist (Saudi National) to join our client team in Jeddah on a full-time basis. You will lead and design technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, drive pre-sales activities, and deliver HR digital transformation strategies tailored to client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of ERP/HRIS experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations.

Position: Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist - Saudi National

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company that provides innovative and cutting-edge solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist to join our client team on a full-time basis.

As an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist, you will Lead and design technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, drive pre-sales activities, and deliver best-in-class HR digital transformation strategies tailored to client requirements.

1. Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Expertise: Deep domain knowledge across core and advanced HCM modules, including:
• Global Human Resources (Core HR)
• Payroll
• Talent Management & Recruiting (ORC)
• Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits
• Integration & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Oracle tools:
• Integrations: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and PBL.
• Reporting: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Cloud & Security:
• Strong knowledge of security architecture, custom role mapping, data privacy, and compliance standards.

3. Experience

• Total Experience: 2–5+ years in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Experience: 2+ years focused specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Track Record: Proven record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

4. Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills tailored to HR operations.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
