Job summary

JASARA PMC in Riyadh is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Professional to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, infrastructure, and utilities, ensuring safety, efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

You will drive preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, monitor performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reliability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Certifications like CMRP, PMP, IAM, ISO 55001 are advantageous.
• Experience with facilities, infrastructure, utilities, or asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review maintenance work orders and ensure timely closure of requests.
• Support asset lifecycle management from commissioning through operation and replacement.
