Job summary

JASARA PMC seeks a seasoned Procurement Lead to steer procurement operations at a strategic level across multiple projects in Saudi Arabia. You will guide policies, optimize costs, and drive supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of giga-scale initiatives.

Lead cross-functional teams, negotiate favorable contracts, and maintain compliance with laws and regulations. This role demands extensive experience in large infrastructure procurements and a proven leadership track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15–18 years of progressive procurement and supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
• Proven track record in managing procurement for large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing procurement teams.
• Experience with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Responsibilities
