JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned Project Control Manager to lead our controls framework across engineering and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will establish baselines, monitor performance, and deliver reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, schedule optimization using Primavera P6 or MS Project, and mentoring junior staff. A 15+ year track record in project controls is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls or project management in engineering and construction.
• Proficient in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.
