Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Manager to lead project controls across major construction and infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The role will own planning, scheduling, cost management, risk, change management, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting, interfacing with Project Director, Commercial, Engineering, Construction, and Client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• Minimum 10 years in major building projects with PMC or Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong experience in a PMC, consultancy, client, or major contractor environment.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, change management, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and proficiency in Excel and project reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and data visualization is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project controls methodologies, baseline management, forecasting, earned value, and performance measurement.
• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, variations, claims, and commercial interfaces.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Project Controls function, integrating planning, cost, risk, change, progress measurement, and reporting activities.
• Establish and maintain project controls procedures, systems, processes, and reporting standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain integrated master schedules, baseline programmes, recovery programmes, and detailed execution schedules.
• Monitor project progress against baselines and identify schedule slippage, critical path issues, and potential delays.
• Manage cost control activities, including budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, cash flow, and EAC.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Contracts teams on variations, claims, change orders, and their impact on cost and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project earned value, progress measurement, and performance management systems.
• Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and executive-level project controls reports and dashboards.
• Provide management with accurate analysis of schedule performance, cost performance, trends, risks, and forecast outcomes.
• Establish and maintain project risk registers and monitoring mitigation actions.
