Job summary

Novartis Saudi Arabia | نوفارتس السعودية seeks a Senior Oncology Therapy Area Partner to drive sales and deepen partnerships with healthcare professionals in Riyadh. You will combine scientific knowledge with customer insight to exceed market share and support patient access to innovative therapies.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree, at least 1 year in specialty pharmaceutical sales, and fluency in Arabic and English, with oncology experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience in a specialty environment.
• Experience in oncology or breast cancer is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or exceed territory sales objectives within budgets and timelines.
• Identify high-potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders using data and insight.
• Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Lead value-based conversations in person and virtually to understand needs and drivers.
• Personalise customer journeys across channels using approved content and preferences.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to improve patient journeys and support the right patient at the right time.
• Achieve agreed contact, coverage, frequency and customer engagement targets.
