Job summary

The role requires a Pharmacy/Clinical Pharmacy degree, at least 1 year in pharmaceutical sales in a specialty setting, and strong relationship-building with key opinion leaders.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy degree.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience in a specialty environment is required.
• Experience in oncology or breast cancer is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or exceed territory sales and market-share objectives within budgets and timelines.
• Identify and prioritise high-potential healthcare professionals and stakeholders using data and customer insight.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Lead value-based conversations in person and virtually to understand needs and drivers.
• Personalise customer journeys across channels with approved content and preferences.
• Partner with professionals to improve patient journey and ensure timely support.
• Achieve agreed contact, coverage, frequency and engagement targets.
