Datamatics Technologies seeks a Senior Network Engineer to lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations spanning data centers (Azure and on-premises) and network environments in Saudi Arabia. The role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to drive innovation through AI-enabled IT operations.

The candidate will ensure infrastructure availability, security, and service reliability while guiding modernization, governance, and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in IT Infrastructure and Network Operations.
• 5+ years in leadership or managerial roles managing large teams.
• Experience in Managed Services or large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure services.
• Manage incident, problem, and RCA processes; capacity planning for critical systems.
• Establish and maintain SLAs, OLAs, KPIs; drive continuous service improvement.
• Drive AI/Automation initiatives in IT Operations and cloud adoption.
