• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing, with a strong background in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to translate data into action.
• Experience managing large ad spends and optimizing for profitability in fashion/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Google Ads, and GDN.
• Own advertising budget allocation across channels, reallocating spend based on performance and growth opportunities.
• Develop quarterly media strategies with monthly/weekly plans and daily monitoring and optimization.
• Execute full-funnel performance strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns aligned with key retail periods.
• Collaborate with creative teams to test and optimize ad creatives based on performance insights.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking via GTM, GA4, pixels, and Meta CAPI.
• Analyze attribution, customer journeys, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Execute omnichannel campaigns including Store Visits where supported and measure impact on store sales.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue.
