• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience with significant experience in e-commerce and digital business.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and major online marketplaces.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills with a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, digital marketing campaigns and commercial plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics, CRM, digital marketing and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimisation, SEO, SEM, marketplace operations and digital trends.

Responsibilities
